You can book before or after your wedding — we’re happy to work with fresh or dried flowers. We recommend reserving your slot in advance, especially during wedding season!

Can I book before my wedding?

 

Absolutely! In fact, we recommend reserving your slot ahead of time to secure your place, especially during busy wedding seasons. You can then send your flowers after the event.


How do I send my bouquet to you?

Once you book, we’ll send you our Flower Shipping Guide with step-by-step instructions. You’ll send your flowers to our West Midlands studio (WV14 8JR) within 1–3 days after the wedding for best results.


Can you work with already dried flowers?

 

Yes! We can preserve dried bouquets too, although fresh flowers provide more flexibility in styling and appearance. We’ll always do our best to work with what you provide.

 


How long does the process take?

 

Once we receive your flowers, most wedding preservation pieces take around 4–10 weeks to complete depending on size and design. You’ll receive regular updates along the way.

 

Can I personalize my keepsake?

Definitely! We offer a range of customisation options including:

• Names or initials embedded in resin

• Wedding dates or quotes

• Gold or silver flakes

• Background colours or clear finishes


What if my flowers arrive damaged?

We’ll always reach out if there’s any issue upon arrival. Our flower care guide helps minimise risks during shipping. In some cases, we may be able to restore, replace, or use parts of your bouquet creatively.

Where are you based? Do you ship UK-wide?

Yes! We’re based in the West Midlands, UK and offer nationwide service. You can ship your flowers to us from anywhere in the UK, and we’ll send your finished piece safely back to your door.
